European customers use the EU Helios environment; legal and technical safeguards are applied according to their country of establishment. For United Kingdom customers, activation remains blocked until the UK GDPR agreement, subprocessor review and technical safeguards are verified. Connected providers may process data under their own regional terms. After Stripe verifies payment, Cold Sun starts the selected best-practice implementation. Access is never granted from the return page.
